1 x Wound Care carton box 
3 x Dressing Set with 16 items(Sterile Pack)
1 x Hydrocyn Aqua Spray 100 ml (Advanced Wound Care Cleaning Solution)
6 x Bandage Elastic Crepe 7.5 cm x 1.8 m
2 x Hydrocyn Aqua Gel 15gm Bacteriostatic and Debridement agent applicable for dry & wet wounds
2 x Supirocin Ointment 5mg Broad spectrum antibiotic, antimicrobial and bactericidal for all infected wounds
4 x spirit swabs
6 x Non-adherent absorbent dressing absorbent pad which has a soft cushioning effect to protect the wound and absorb access wound fluid for healing
6 x Nitrile non-powdered Gloves
1 x Micro Pore paper Tape
6 x Individual Cotton Buds

Instructions & Application

1.Open the D.I.Y. Wound Care Kit.
2.Peel the Dressing Set open and set up Yellow Limpard bag.
3.Discard the old dressings and spirit swab used to clean Wound earlier.
4.Place the Patient’s drape under wound in affected leg.
5.Use the Spirit swab (NuR) to clean areas around wound without touching wound) remove infection at edges.
6.Spray the Hydrocyn Wound Care Solution which kills all germs and is effective against bio-film. This solution also removes odour bad smell from wound.
7.Using the cotton balls or gauze, firmly rub wound as needed, with Forceps provided.
8.Place a clean sterile gauze to cover the wound and Spray Hydrocyn solution adequately leave soak for at least 15 -20 minutes.
9.Remove the soaked gauze and apply Hydrocyn Aqua gel – to remove slough/dead tissue & bio-film using cotton buds provided.
10.Apply a very thin layer of Supirocin Ointment – broad spectrum antibiotic over the Wound to fight infections.
11.Open the Non-Adherent Absorbent Dressing and place shiny side facing wound, which helps it to peel of easier reduces pain during removal.
12.Use the Micro Pore Tape and strap/hold down Non-Adherent Absorbent Dressing.
13.Wrap the Elastic Crepe Bandage firmly (not too tight) over wound dressing.
* Note: All the above dressings can be used for healing, Diabetic Wounds/ Venous Wounds / Arterial Bed Sores and Burn Wounds.
